Founder & CEO
Rev. Dr. Marian Edmonds-Allen has spent her career helping people understand who they are, what matters to them, and how they can contribute. Today, her work focuses on what happens to human identity, agency, and judgment in the age of AI. She founded FaithWise.ai and developed Core Compass to help people shape their relationship with increasingly capable technology.
Director of Learning Design & Curriculum
Frankie Leigh is an educational developer and psychology instructor specializing in AI-integrated course design and student motivation. She created and facilitates Mohave College’s Course Design Institute and leads AI professional development for faculty. Drawing on cognitive and social psychology, Frankie develops student-centered learning experiences that integrate emerging technologies while protecting meaningful learning.
Director of Teaching & Learning Strategy
An educator with 30 years of classroom and instructional experience, Tori brings the practitioner’s perspective to Core Compass. She helps ensure that its tools, curriculum, and AI applications make sense in real classrooms—for both the people teaching and the people learning.
Scientific & Research Advisor
Dr. Michael Ferguson is a neuroscientist, Instructor in Neurology at Harvard Medical School, and Director of the Neurospirituality Lab at Mass General Brigham. His research explores the neural foundations of human experience, meaning, and spirituality. He advises Core Compass on the scientific questions surrounding human cognition, development, and our relationship with emerging technologies.
Senior Advisor, Higher Education Strategy
Travis Allen is CEO of Medical Sales College and former President and CEO of Trident University International. With 22 years of leadership experience in higher education and professional training across the United States and Australia, he has led institutional turnarounds, campus expansions, and online education initiatives. He advises Core Compass on institutional strategy, partnerships, and growth.
Narrative & Experience Advisor
A playwright, screenwriter, and dramaturg trained at Carnegie Mellon University, Geri brings expertise in story, narrative structure, and audience experience to Core Compass. Geri advises on how complex ideas become clear, engaging human experiences, helping shape the language, creative direction, and ways people encounter and understand the Core Compass system.
